National Tire Dealer Convention The Canadian tire dealers' annual meeting in February 2004 was a great opportunity to introduce Canadian tire dealers to the "Be Tire Smart - Play Your PART" campaign. The convention, held in Winnipeg, Manitoba, brought together major tire dealers from across the country. Tire dealers were provided with numerous suggestions regarding the many ways they could support and participate in the Be Tire Smart campaign, including sponsoring campaign radio messages and distributing brochures to their customers.
